Cuckolding can be positive for some couples, study says - CNN
The Psychology of Gay Men’s Cuckolding Fantasies https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s10508-017-1096-0

“Cuckolding (also known as troilism) is a sexual interest in which one obtains sexual arousal from the experience of a romantic partner engaging in sexual activity with someone else”
“A sizeable majority of participants (76.7%) had shared their cuckolding fantasies with a partner before. Of them, most (80.8%) reported that their partner agreed to the idea.”
“Of those who had acted on their cuckolding fantasies, most said that the experience was better than expected (65.5%) or about what they expected (29.5%); very few (4.9%) reported that it was worse than anticipated.”
“most (73.9%) said that acting on this fantasy improved their relationship; by contrast, 17.8% said it had no effect on their relationship one way or another, and 8.3% reported that it harmed their relationship.”
“the quality of one’s experiences depended on one’s personality: conscientious persons tended to report better outcomes, whereas anxious and avoidant persons tended to report worse outcomes”
“It is likely that feelings of security, a close and intimate relationship, and a willingness to plan and prepare before acting are crucial for achieving mutual pleasure and satisfaction when acting on any consensual non-monogamy or multi-partner sex fantasy, whether it involves cuckolding or not.”
Ways to make your online presence more secure
Do you have much experience, whether yourselves or regarding people you know, with quad/foursome relationships, especially those between two couples? One couple dating another? Reading over the internet one can find a multiplicity of information about triad relationships, but much less about quads, particularly of the same-sex variety. It seems that often when polyamory is mentioned people immediately assume a triad is being referenced; when the proposal of ‘adding’ to a relationship is raised, it is generally in relation to adding a single person, rather than adding another couple. No doubt there are differences between the dynamics of a relationship involving four people, or of two couples combining, from those of a triad, but this topic does not seem to be raised as often, so I wonder if you could do a blog about quads – whether polyamorous, polyamorish, etc
